A vehicle slid down an embankment into tree near Costco Saturday morning around 9:30 a.m.
A serious car accident in Montgomery Township Saturday morning has sent three people to the hospital, according to reports.
The incident occurred around 9:23 a.m. in the 700 block of Upper State Road near the parking lot of Costco, where a vehicle reportedly slid down an embankment before striking a tree, sustaining heavy damage to the front and sides.
According to initial reports, the driver may have suffered a medical emergency while behind the wheel.

Emergency crews from Montgomery Township Fire Department and VMSC Lansdale responded to the scene.
Authorities have not released additional details at this time.
