Home At Last Dog Rescue is excited to introduce Lilo, a 10-year-old Lab mix, as their featured rescue of the week.
Lilo is a 62-pound sweetheart who came to the rescue after losing her owner. Despite everything she’s been through, she has a fun, silly side and loves playing with her toys, but her favorite thing is simply being with her people. Whether it’s a walk, a car ride, or relaxing on the couch, Lilo is happiest by your side.
She is fully housebroken, does well in a crate but doesn’t require one, and is an easy companion to have around. Lilo has lived with other dogs but can be selective, so she would do best as the only pet and in a home without cats. She has had mast cell tumors removed in the past, but is currently doing well and not in need of further treatment.
Lilo is a gentle, loving girl looking for a calm home where she can enjoy her golden years surrounded by care and companionship.
