A new real estate office has officially opened in North Wales Borough, with a grand opening celebration held Wednesday to mark the company’s expansion into the local market.

Innovate Real Estate, a rapidly growing brokerage operating across multiple states, opened its North Wales location earlier this year at 109 N. 2nd St., with local partners Earl Caffrey and Kevin Illg leading the office alongside founding agents Jeff and Carolyn Powers.

The office, which launched Jan. 20, represents the company’s second location in Pennsylvania and is part of a broader expansion effort across the region. Founded in South Carolina just two years ago, Innovate has quickly grown into a multi-state brokerage focused on a team-based, service-driven model.

“We are beyond excited to bring Innovate Real Estate to Montgomery County,” Caffrey said. “As locals, this isn’t just business for us—it’s personal. We’re building something special here — an office where relationships, professionalism, and exceptional service truly come first.”

Company leaders said the North Wales office reflects a commitment to community-focused growth, with agents who have deep ties to Montgomery and Bucks counties. The team has already grown to include multiple agents and continues to recruit professionals interested in what the company describes as a more collaborative and flexible brokerage environment.

Innovate Real Estate emphasizes a model centered on agent support, training and technology, while maintaining a focus on client relationships as the foundation of each transaction. Officials said the approach is designed to help agents grow their business while delivering a higher level of service.

“What excites me most is the opportunity for agents to truly grow within a model designed for their success,” Illg said.

The grand opening event brought together colleagues and community partners to celebrate the new office, which company leaders said is part of a continued effort to expand its presence in southeastern Pennsylvania.

“As North Wales Borough residents, this is incredibly meaningful for us,” Jeff and Carolyn Powers said. “We’re proud to bring a fresh, innovative real estate experience to the community we call home and serve our neighbors at a higher level.
