A temporary parking ban will be in place Tuesday morning in Lansdale as crews complete line striping tied to recent roadwork in the borough.
No parking will be permitted from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. along West Main Street between Wood Street and Madison Street. Restrictions will also extend to Green Street in the same area to allow equipment to safely maneuver.
Officials said the work will include applying double yellow center lines and refreshing white travel lane markings as part of the Main Street Paving Project, which follows recent PennDOT work along the corridor.
Vehicles left in the restricted area will be towed to ensure the project can be completed efficiently and safely.
Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead and move vehicles in advance to avoid delays as crews work to wrap up the striping portion of the project.
