Hatfield Police are seeking the public’s help with locating a missing endangered person who suffers from mental health issues.
Police said the missing individuals is Roger Dalo, a 74-year-old white male, with a thin build, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall, last seen wearing a dark green button-down shirt and jeans.
Dalo was in possession of a large black suitcase, police said.
He is believed to be homeless, police said.
Call 911 if anyone sees Dalo. Police said although he is not a threat to the public, please do not approach him.
