East 7th Street blocked between Chestnut and Ridge due to 2-vehicle crash Wednesday morning

A two-vehicle accident has shut down East 7th Street in Lansdale between Chestnut and Ridge streets Wednesday morning, and sent a female driver of a white Volkswagen sedan with non life-threatening injuries to Lansdale Hospital via VMSC Emergency Medical Services.

The female driver of the second vehicle – a silver Nissan Pathfinder – is not injured, per reports from the scene.

The accident occurred at 11:38 a.m. at the intersection with Chestnut Street.

Both cars were blocking the roadway.

A medic responder from VMSC is also at the scene, along with Lansdale Police.
