Hatfield Police have closed Orvilla Road between Koffel Road and Tarrington Way due to a Friday morning accident involving two vehicles.

Per county dispatch reports, a 60-year-old woman was in and out of consciousness, but not alert. One person was taken by ambulance to a Grand View Hospital.

The accident involved a silver Ford Focus and a Dodge Durango at the intersection at Schwab Road around 9:51 a.m. Fire crews had to rescue a driver from the vehicle, as the door was stuck after the crash.

Hatfield Police are on scene and were assisted at the scene by Hatfield Vol. Fire Co., Fairmount Fire Co., and Towamencin Vol. Fire Co.
