In Perkasie, when one bicycle is found, another is lost.

Perkasie Borough Police on Monday released a report regarding the theft of a bicycle, and then, an hour later, it reported that a different bicycle was found in the borough.

Police said a black Huffy Nighthawk mountain bike, valued at $150, was stolen between 4:15 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Friday from a bike rack at Menlo Aquatic Center.

The mountain bike, police said, has a green and blue “Huffy” logo and associated color schemes on the black bike.

Then, on Saturday at 12:20 p.m., police found an electric Schwinn bicycle off the alley entrance to Spruce and Fourth streets in Perkasie, according to a release.
