The Fairmount Fire Company, of Lansdale, PA invites separate sealed bids for the supply of twenty four (24), NFPA 1981 /NFPA 1982 Compliant Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA); to be included with each SCBA’s ; 2ea 30 min 4500 psi cylinders (forty eight (48) total) and face mask (twenty four (24) total). In addition, please provide bid for seven (7) additional face mask.
Sealed bids will be received by the Fairmount Fire Company, 100 Vine Street, Lansdale, PA 19446; Attention Air Pack Committee, by 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 5. Bids will be opened and read aloud at a special meeting held at 8 p.m. at the Fairmount Fire Company station. Bids will be reviewed by the committee, and a recommendation will be presented to the membership at the departments normal monthly business meeting held on Jan. 9, 2023, at 8 p.m.

The purchase of the new SCBA’s is funded in part by a grant provided through the Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, Assistance to Firefighters Grant.
