Three Arrested After Carjacking Ends In Crash in Chalfont: Police


Three suspects are in custody after a carjacking ended in a crash in Chalfont Monday night.
 
According to 6abc.com, the carjacking happened shortly after 7:30 p.m. Monday near Bristol Road and Easton Road (Route 611) in Warrington Township. The suspects fled north on Rt 152, according to the report.
 
They failed to negotiate a turn at the intersection with Butler Avenue in Chalfont, and crashed into a building. The three then fled on foot. Warrington Police say all three were captured within a few minutes.
 
The same suspects had also attempted another carjacking near Edison-Furlong Road and 611 in Doylestown, but were unsuccessful, according to PA CrimeWatch.
