Between raffle ticket sales and donations, the Eagles Autism Challenge fundraiser held last Saturday at the Lansdale American Legion Post 206 raised $1,353 for the charity.
Swoop and Eagles Cheerleaders Jaime Gialloreto and Shelby Carr made appearances. Before becoming a cheerleader, Jaime was Miss New Jersey for 2018. Shelby has a Masters Degree in American history and is a published author.
Neva Kelly, the director of development for the Eagles Autism Challenge, also stopped by, and Pa. Rep Steve Malagari, Lansdale Mayor Garry Herbert and District Judge Ed Levine stopped by to show support.
If you missed this benefit, you'll have another chance at Lansdale's first First Friday of the year on May 6, 6 - 9 p.m., when more exclusive prizes from the Philadelphia Eagles will be raffled off.
