According to a Facebook post on Lansdale PA’s page, approximately 1,670 Lansdale residents potentially did not receive their electric bills in October.
The bills were dated Oct. 5 and the payments for the bills were due Oct. 25. For assistance with your bill, or to have any questions or concerns addressed, call Lansdale Borough Electric customer service at 267-638-9310.
Customers should also be aware that any phone calls received from the borough in regards to this incident were not spam calls. Lansdale is taking measures to ensure that this kind of incident is prevented in the future.
