Social or Retail? The Towamencin Village Shopping Center at Allentown and Forty Ft Rd in Towamencin Township is one example of a commercial site that looks to be yet another site of retail space but also another lost opportunity for a venue of community and entertainment that could take kids away from the phones and back into the world.
