Dr. Stuart K. and Sandra H. Fine provided a generous gift to the Montgomery County Community College Foundation, establishing an endowed innovation fund to enhance MCCC’s nursing program in perpetuity as well as creating endowed student scholarships to support the advancement of healthcare education for future generations.
