A former industrial building in downtown Perkasie is getting new life as a nonprofit thrift store focused on supporting community programs and services.
Revivals Thrift, located on West Callowhill Street at the быв Freed Glass site, officially opened March 20 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The store is operated by Renew Bible Ministries and is designed to generate funding for the Revivals Outreach Center, which provides a wide range of free services including food assistance, counseling, education support, and wellness programs.
Organizers say the store will offer affordable items such as clothing, home goods, furniture, and other donated merchandise, while serving a broader purpose beyond retail. All proceeds will go directly toward supporting outreach efforts, which the organization says have already delivered millions of dollars in services to the community.
The project was made possible through a combination of nonprofit partnerships, state assistance programs, local business investments, and volunteer support. Leaders involved in the effort say the goal is to create a long-term resource that strengthens families and revitalizes the surrounding area.
