North Penn officials said a decision about afternoon and evening activities on Tuesday will be made at noon
Due to continued road and facility conditions combined with the scheduled early dismissal, all North Penn School District schools will have an asynchronous virtual instructional day on Tuesday, the district announced at 4 p.m. Monday.
Assignments will be posted on Canvas by 10 a.m., the district said. Opportunities will be provided for students to meet virtually with teachers. Any other important information will be communicated to students and families by teachers.
All staff will work 100% virtual, the district said. No transportation will be provided for public, outside services, or non-public schools.
There will be no extended school care program.

Asynchronous instruction and not a traditional snow day allows the district to keep the last day of school as Friday, June 12.
