Hilltown police say “gentle giant” is safe and awaiting owner contact
Hilltown Township Police are asking for the public’s help after officers took custody of a loose dog Wednesday in the Green Meadows Development.
According to a department release, officers located the dog on Wednesday and safely secured the animal. Police described the dog as a “gentle giant.”
The dog has been transported to the Upper Bucks County SPCA, where officials say it is being kept warm and safe while authorities attempt to locate its owner.
Anyone who recognizes the dog or knows who it belongs to is asked to contact the Upper Bucks County SPCA directly.
