"From Frams to Foundations," presented by Mindy Oh of Lansdale Historical Society, looks at the past, present and what-could-have-been future of the Lansdale neighborhood in free event
The Pennbrook neighborhood in Lansdale – bordered by Church Road and East Hancock Street – is, according to Lansdale Historical Society, one of Lansdale’s most unique and historic neighborhoods.
On Tuesday night, at 7 at Lansdale Borough Hall, Mindy Oh of the historical society presents “From Farms to Foundations.” There is no admission charge but donations are appreciated.
Oh will present a history of Pennbrook from its beginnings along the Wissahickon Creek to how far it has come today with development. She will even touch upon the things that could have been for the neighborhood.
Lansdale Borough Hall is at 1 Vine St., at the intersection with Broad Street. Parking is available on site, as well as across the street at the freight house.
