A Lansdale man previously sentenced to probation for exposing himself to a female jogger in White’s Road Park last summer has been sentenced again Friday, this time to Montgomery County jail, for breaking into multiple homes in Hatfield this August.
Ryan Christopher Zampirri, 31, of the 100 block of East Main Street, and who previously resided at a third-floor apartment on the 500 block of Derstine Avenue, was sentenced by Common Pleas Judge Risa Vetri Ferman to a minimum 99 days’ time served to 23 months in Montgomery County jail for pleading guilty to felony criminal trespassing and summary harassment charges, according to court records.
Zampirri was not prosecuted on a felony attempted trespassing charge, per court records.
Zampirri, high on meth and marijuana, exposed himself to a jogger in White's Road Park last summer and received probation for it.
In the most recent case, on Aug. 14, 2025, police were dispatched to Arbor Circle in Colmar around 12:34 p.m. for a report of a suspicious man attempting to enter a home, police said.
While en route, Montgomery County dispatch received another 911 call from a resident on the 2900 block of Walnut Street reporting that a man matching the same description had entered their home through a back door, according to the complaint.
The Arbor Circle homeowner told police he was in his kitchen when he saw an unknown man wearing a red shirt, red shorts and black sneakers, come inside through the rear doors of the residence. The victim said the unexpected presence startled him and the man quickly left, and the homeowner called 911, according to the complaint.
While investigating at the Walnut Street address, police were dispatched to another Arbor Circle residence for a report of an attempted entry. The homeowner provided surveillance footage that showed the man trying to get inside through a rear sliding door.
According to police, the suspect in the video was identified as Zampirri, based on prior police contacts. Investigators said the video evidence also confirmed he was the same individual seen by the Arbor Circle residents at their home earlier in the day.
At 3:49 p.m., officers responded to a residence on Cowpath Road for another report of a suspicious man matching the same description, standing on the porch and driveway. Police said they located Zampirri on scene and took him into custody at 3:56 p.m.
Zampirri received two years' probation in January 2025 after pleading guilty to misdemeanor indecent exposure for exposing his penis to a woman in White's Road Park last August and asked her to help him masturbate, while being high on meth and marijuana.
As part of his recent sentencing, he is to have no contact with the victims.
All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records
