The ceremony will bestow the veterans with honorary diplomas
The North Penn School District Board of School Directors will be holding a diploma ceremony for veterans on Tuesday at 6 p.m., prior to the board work session meeting at the Educational Services Center, 401 E Hancock Street, Lansdale.
The ceremony will honor five veterans who left high school early to serve in the military by providing honorary diplomas.
At the ceremony, the North Penn High School JROTC Color Guard will present the colors and the NPHS Choir will perform.
NPSD Superintendent Dr. Todd Bauer will decree the honorary diplomas. In attendance will also be Pennsylvania State Representative Liz Hanbidge.
