April 2, 2025 Update: New Britain Township Police on Tuesday identified the offender as a minor.

New Britain Township Police are seeking a shoplifter who walked out with merchandise from Wawa on West Butler Avenue on Saturday.

Polcie said the patrol division responded to Wawa at 525 W. Butler Ave. for a report of a retail theft.

An unknown man entered the store, selected merchandise off the shelf and then left without paying, entering a dark gray Kia Soul-style vehicle before leaving the scene, police said.
