A Montgomery County Common Pleas judge has set a pre-trial hearing for April 11 for a Hatfield Township man charged with 86 child sex crime offenses, in connection with the accused rapes of four children between the ages of five and 13 over a nine-year period.
Resul Mustafa Ozdemir, 26, of the 1000 block of Pinegrove Avenue, located alongside Oak Park Elementary School, has been charged with five felony counts each of the following offenses:

Furthermore, Ozdemir is charged with six misdemeanor courts each of indecent assault by forcible compulsion and indecent assault by threat of forcible compulsion, as well as 12 misdemeanor charges each of indecent assault on a person less than 13 years of age and indecent assault without consent of the other person, per the court docket.
Lower Providence Township detectives allege the rapes occurred between 2013 and 2022 on Chaise Lane in Lower Providence Township, at a residence in Pottstown, and at locations in Upper Merion Township, New Hanover Township, and Upper Providence Township.
When the alleged rapes began, Ozdemir, a Methacton High School graduate, was 15 years old, police said.
Ozdemir remains jailed in Montgomery County jail on $500,000 cash bail since November, according to court records.
