Everything’s coming up roses as Discover Lansdale hosts the second First Friday of the 2025 season. The theme for Friday is “Garden Party,” and the featured guests are Garden of Health and the Lansdale Open Gardens Tour days, this year set for June 14 and August 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All the favorite First Friday activities are back for the event’s 14th season, along with a few new innovations.
The inclusive Family Fun Project sensory station will be available at every monthly event from 6 to 7 pm. The Photo Scavenger Hunt will be posted shortly before the event on the DL Facebook page, with a prize package for June of gift cards and swag from Lansdale Tavern, Kub Kao, Comic Zen, Black Heart Tattoo & Gallery and Discover Lansdale.
New this month: Join the Fox Hunt! A brain-teasing riddle will be posted on the DL Facebook and Instagram pages just before First Friday.
Follow the clues to find Philip the Lansdale Fox, who is hiding in one of our great local businesses. When you find him, snap a selfie with Philip and head to the DL tent at the corner of Madison and Main, show your foxy photo, and you’ll be entered to win a prize from Backyard Beans and Comic Zen. Happy hunting!
In the beer garden this month are Well Crafted Beer, Boardroom Spirits, Local Tap, Round Guys Brewing Company, Simple Days and Boyd's Cardinal Hollow Winery.
Food vendors scheduled include Meat Wagon BBQ, Humpty’s Dumplings, Tuckedito, Big Red Bites, Slurp Ramen, and El Limon, with desserts by House of Cupcakes, Fiesta Churros, Downtown Scoop, and Simply Acai.
Entertainment on the Main Stage will be Hindsight; Evans Entertainment is at Railroad Plaza. Balloons by Myers Designs, juggling by David Darwin. The Kids Zone includes inflatables and games and face painting. Dozens of vendors will include food, crafts, non-profits, local businesses, sponsors, and more!
Remember that every First Friday runs from 6 to 9 p.m. sharp. Parking along Madison is prohibited; we suggest the SEPTA garage or other borough lots or street parking. Click here for a parking map.
