Two people were injured following a crash in Franconia Township involving a Freedom Valley Medical Rescue ambulance carrying a patient and a maroon sedan at Harleysville Pike/Route 113 and Schoolhouse Road Thursday afternoon.
The call came in at 12:44 p.m. for an accident blocking the roadway. According to Montgomery County emergency dispatch reports, an ambulance was called to retrieve and transfer the patient.
Franconia Township Police were assisted by VMSC Emergency Medical Services and Lower Salford Police and fire police.
