3 injured, 1 driver field sobriety tested for suspected DUI following 2-vehicle crash on 202 Parkway

Three people were transported with unknown injuries from the scene of a 2-vehicle crash on the Route 202 Parkway in Montgomery Township Wednesday night, with one driver undergoing field sobriety testing by police.

A black Ford F-150 pickup and a black Mercedes-Benz came to rest in bushes off the parkway after the crash, with the pickup coming to rest facing the opposite direction. 

Initial emergency dispatch at 9:22 p.m. reported four occupants were trapped in the pickup, but were able to escape from the truck.

Route 202 Parkway was closed at Knapp and Welsh roads. Vehicle debris is scattered across the parkway.

Avoid the area.

Montgomery Township Police were assisted at the scene by Fire Department of Montgomery Township, Montgomery Township Fire Police, VMSC Emergency Medical Services, and Chal-Brit EMS.
