Weekday lane closures will occur on Main Street between Quarry and Ruth roads, beginning July 17
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation recently announced that storm drainage, curb and sidewalk construction is scheduled on Route 63 (Main Street) in Lower Salford Township under a local safety improvement project.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
From July 17, 2025 to September 16, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., a weekday lane closure is scheduled on Route 63 (Main Street) between Quarry Road/American Way and Ruth Road/Ruth Court, said a PennDOT press release.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent, said the release.
