All of the remaining games on the Eagles' slate — whether that's one or two tilts — will be called by Tom Brady's announcing crew.
Brady's FOX crew — which includes Kevin Burkhardt as the play-by-play announcer with Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi as sideline reporters — will be on the call for the NFC Championship Game Sunday between the Washington Commanders and Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.
Should the Eagles advance beyond the NFC Title Game, they'll have the Brady crew again, with FOX slated to broadcast Super Bowl LIX.
This is the fourth time this season that Burkhardt and Brady will call an Eagles game. During the regular season, they broadcast a Week 4 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and a Week 15 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. They also called the Eagles' Wild Card Round win over the Green Bay Packers. A week ago, Brady's crew called the Commanders' upset win over the Detroit Lions, while the Eagles had the NBC crew of Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth.
It would be fitting for the Eagles to reach the Super Bowl in a year that Brady's team is set to call the game, as they played against him twice on the biggest stage as a member of the New England Patriots during his illustrious career. Brady and the Patriots defeated the Eagles 24-21 in Super Bowl XXXIX, but Philadelphia hoisted their first Lombardi Trophy after defeating New England 41-33 in Super Bowl LII.
Brady is wrapping up his first year as a broadcaster, as the seven-time Super Bowl Champion signed a 10-year/$375 million deal to join FOX's top booth. Despite being a very involved minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders — with some clear conflicts of interest — Brady said this week he intends to return for a second season as a color commentator.
