The suspect who allegedly stabbed him has left the scene with the weapon.
A report of a stabbing has been called into emergency services in the Lansdale Borough.
According to county dispatch, first responders were contacted around 3:31 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 18 for the report of a stabbing. Emergency medical crews were requested in the vicinity of Maple Avenue and West Fifth Street, dispatch noted.
Multiple units from VMSC Lansdale, along with Lansdale Police, are responding to the scene to assist. Early reports at the scene noted that a man, 30, was stabbed in the arm, though he was conscious and alert. The suspect who did the stabbing, however, is said to have left the vicinity and “took the knife with him.”
The condition of the victim was not yet released. More information will be published as it is made available.
