WATCH: Night Library, Lady White Rat, Lazer Shark rock Round Guys benefit show

Local bands Night Library, Lady White Rat, and Lazer Shark rocked a benefit show at Round Guys Brewing Co. Sunday night, with proceeds benefiting the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Night Library hails from Lansdale and plays catchy, melodic alternative rock.

Lady White Rat is a hard rock power trio out of the Lehigh Valley, whose amplified specialty is a melodic mix of dynamic metal to jazz brings a high energy experience to their shows.

Lady White Rat next plays East Greenville on Jan. 18 and the next night with Stillcraft at The Rusty Nail in Ardmore. Stream their full album here.



Lazer Shark, formerly known as Regency Drive, is a four-piece alternative and indie rock band based out of Philadelphia. Its next show is Jan. 10 at Tuned Up Brewing Co. in Spring City.

Aside from Trivia Nights and other themed community events, Round Guys at Main and Wood streets in Lansdale has served a dual purpose as of recently -  A bar/restaurant and a live music venue, usually on the weekend, courtesy of the efforts of Lansdale music scene stalwart and promoter Dave Heck.

Concerts at Round Guys continue throughout the year. 

On Friday, Slo TV, MCGH (My Cousin’s Girlfriend’s House), and Sh’Bang play live at 7:30 p.m. The all-ages show is $10. 21 and older at the bar. Doors at 6:30 p.m.

But wait – there’s more.

The next night, Galaxy Has Eyes plays an all-ages show with Applied Knowledge, Oh, Are They?, and Party Nerves. Admission and bar rules are the same -- $10 and 21 and older at the bar.

Then, Heck brings a live band emo night for $5 to Round Guys on Jan. 17 at 8 p.m. The all-ages show features Play Anything, featuring members of Amora.
