Penn Community Bank, the largest independent mutual bank in eastern Pennsylvania, announced that it once again has been recognized as one of America’s Best Regional Banks and Credit Unions for 2025 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group. The annual ranking recognized top regional banks and credit unions in the United States based off a large-scale study of over 9,000 institutions, more than 70,000 customer surveys, and millions of social media reviews.
