Brianna Radley lied to a grand jury and hindered apprehension of her ex-boyfriend Marquise Alexander Johnson.
An Upper Gwynedd Township woman sentenced in October to 9 to 23 months in jail for perjury and conspiracy to hinder apprehension for hiding out her boyfriend after his role in a gunshot slaying on the Schuylkill River Trail lost her bid to reduce her jail term in court this week.
According to The Mercury, Brianna Rose Radley, 22, of the 1400 block of Oxford Circle, must serve out the entirety of her term for helping her boyfriend, Marquise Alexander Johnson, hide out at various locations after his involvement in the trail killing of Reading man Daquan Kennard Tucker, 25, in West Norriton Township on March 2, 2023.
Johnson and his accomplice Cody Kavon Reed, 24, of Norristown, are both serving life terms in prison.
