Santa helped spread holiday cheer to Lansdale-area residents on Friday, Dec. 5.
“Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2025 Tree Lighting! The holiday magic lit up Railroad Plaza as families gathered, carols filled the air, and Santa himself arrived to help light the tree,” said the borough parks and recreation department in a Facebook post.
“It was a beautiful way to kick off the season, and we’re so grateful to have shared it with our community.”
Upcoming town events in Lansdale include the 26th annual menorah lighting at 6 p.m. on Dec. 14, also at Railroad Plaza, visiting hours by Santa at the Santa House from 6 to 7 p.m. on Dec. 12 and 19 and from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 20, and the town Festival of Trees at the former Wells Fargo bank at 210 West Main Street from 4 to 7 p.m. on Dec. 11-13 and Dec. 18-20.
