The pre-trial hearing for a Lansdale man accused of attempted first-degree murder, felony aggravated assault and additional misdemeanor charges was moved for a sixth time since April to the end of September.

Hatfield Police received a call around 11 p.m. and responded to a residence to find Miller unresponsive in the driveway with blunt force trauma to his head, authorities alleged.
Before police arrived, Ronan was driven to his house by one of the residents. Detectives recovered a brick wrapped in a balaclava mask on the floor of the vehicle where Ronan had been sitting, police said.
The brick matches the injuries suffered by the victim, authorities alleged.
Ronan is also charged with misdemeanor reckless endangerment, simple assault and possessing an instrument of crime, according to court documents.
Ronan has been incarcerated since Nov. 22, 2024 on $500,077 cash bail, which includes a probation detainer. He is represented by court-appointed private King of Prussia defense attorney Gregory Dipippo, according to court documents.
Ronan's previous attorney, Nicholas Beeson, of West Chester, withdrew as counsel in May 2025, per court records.
