Located at 136 N. Main Street, Jehova Jireh Barbershop offers male haircuts, beard trims and eyebrow trims.
The Jehova Jireh Barbershop recently celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Hosted by Souderton Connects, a local non-profit revitalization organization, the celebration brought together staff members and local officials, with owner Freddy Madrid providing a fresh haircut to Souderton Mayor Dan Yocum.
“It was the best haircut I’ve ever gotten,” said Yocum. “It was very thorough.”

Madrid, a native of Honduras, expressed a passion for barbering since childhood, drawing inspiration from his father, a barbershop owner.
“I started when I was 11-years-old,” said Madrid in Spanish. “My father taught me.”
Madrid long dreamed of following in his father’s footsteps and opening his own barbershop. When the Main Street location opened up last year, he jumped at the opportunity to purchase the building.
The spacious shop includes several barber stations.The spacious shop boasts several barber stations as well as some added amenities, including slot machines, an entertainment center and a PlayStation 5. Madrid described the amenities as a “tradition,” providing sources of entertainment for guests, especially children.
“We just want to serve the community here in Souderton,” said Madrid.
