Las Vegas’s Sphere has already redefined what a concert venue can be. Now, it’s leveling up again. UNITY is a brand-new audiovisual experience created by Insomniac and Tomorrowland, the first collaboration between two EDM powerhouses. It is part story, part spectacle, and part electronic festival, all housed within the most advanced entertainment venue on the planet.
Attendees come ready for the vibe. Expect a mix of fashion-forward festival wear and futuristic aesthetics, where everything from reflective fabrics to bold accessories is fair game. Although UNITY isn’t a rave in the traditional sense, there will be no shortage of fans showing up in rave clothes, which makes sense in a venue built for sensory overload.
From panoramic visuals to sound that moves with you, here’s what you need to know about the show shifting live music’s future.
The Sphere is an immersive environment that pulls the audience inside the show. Located just off the Las Vegas Strip, it’s a 366-foot-tall, 516-foot-wide dome equipped with the world’s largest and highest-resolution LED screen. Inside, the 16K wraparound display spans over 160,000 square feet. Every seat is positioned in front of that screen, creating a 360-degree visual experience that fully surrounds the crowd.
Beyond visuals, the Sphere is outfitted with cutting-edge Holoplot sound technology, featuring more than 160,000 speakers that use beamforming to deliver hyper-targeted audio. There are built-in 4D effects like wind, scent, and haptics that make the environment feel reactive. It’s no surprise major acts like U2 and Anyma have used the space to push the limits of concert production.
UNITY is the first immersive dance music show designed specifically for Sphere. Produced by Insomniac (the minds behind EDC and Beyond Wonderland) and Tomorrowland (the global electronic festival brand), UNITY blends storytelling, live DJ performances, and immersive world-building into a multi-hour event.
The experience runs on select weekends from August 29 through October 2025. Each show is structured as a narrative, guiding the audience through different chapters inspired by Tomorrowland themes like Planaxis, Adscendo, and Orbyz. The visuals are cinematic and interactive, changing with the music and audience energy in real time.
The lineup includes rotating DJ sets from major artists like DJ Snake, Kaskade, Chase & Status, and Eli Brown. Every show ends with a headline performance, but what makes UNITY unique is how each artist is embedded into the visual story, not just playing over it.
UNITY is backed by a stacked lineup of electronic heavyweights. DJ Snake is set to headline on September 19, with additional shows featuring names like Chase & Status, Kaskade, and Eli Brown. Each performance ties directly into the show’s immersive storyline, with artists becoming part of the broader narrative arc rather than performing as standalone acts.
The lineup rotates across show dates, meaning no two UNITY nights are the same. This format keeps the experience fresh for returning fans and adds a layer of mystery, as additional surprise performers are expected to appear throughout the run. It’s a mix of mainstream EDM icons and more underground favorites, all curated to match the cinematic energy of the venue.
What sets UNITY apart from traditional concerts or even high-end festival sets is how fully integrated the music, visuals, and technology are. The Sphere’s massive 16K screen becomes a canvas for sweeping animations, virtual environments, and reactive visuals that shift with the show’s narrative. Every beat, vocal, and bass drop is synced with visuals that wrap completely around the audience.
The venue’s sound system enhances the effect even further. Using Holoplot beamforming technology, audio is directed in layers, so the experience feels multidimensional in that different sections of the venue hear distinct elements of the mix. Add wind effects, scent triggers, and haptic seat responses, and the result is a fully immersive concert that’s less about standing in front of a stage and more about being inside the performance itself.
Getting into UNITY feels like entering a cinematic world. General admission tickets give access to the standing floor, while reserved seating offers panoramic views with added comfort. Hotel and ticket packages are also available through Vibee for those making a full weekend of it.
As expected, demand is high. Fans already share outfit ideas, artist wishlists, and seat recommendations across social media. The vibe is part festival, part theater, and fully engineered for visual spectacle.
By combining world-class production with a venue built for immersion, Insomniac and Tomorrowland have created something beyond the festival stage with UNITY. Whether you're there for the DJs or the visuals, UNITY offers a one-of-a-kind experience that feels like the future of music, and it’s only just getting started.
