A Kia van from TransNet Suburban Transit Network Services and a Nissan SUV collided at the intersection of Godshall and Lower roads in Franconia Township Friday around 12:49 p.m. near the entrance to Enos B. Godshall Park, flipping the SUV on its side and trapping the driver inside with a head injury.
The driver of the Nissan was able to remove themself from the SUV. Two patients were taken from the scene for treatment at an area hospital by VMSC Emergency Medical Services.
Godshall Road is temporarily closed between Cowpath and Lower roads.
Franconia Police were assisted at the scene by Perseverance Fire Co. of Souderton and Telford Fire Co.
Avoid the area.
