Lane Johnson Ruled Out For Eagles With Concussion

The Eagles will be without right tackle Lane Johnson for the remainder of Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints, as the two-time All-Pro has been ruled out with a concussion.

Johnson departed the game in the second quarter, with FOX's Pam Oliver noting that the 34-year-old "had to be guided into the medical tent" after throwing up on the sideline when he came out of the game.

It goes without saying that it's a massive loss to have a possible future Hall of Famer depart today's game, and this may very well be something that keeps Johnson from playing in Week 4 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Wide receiver/punt returner Britain Covey has also been ruled out for the rest of the game with a shoulder injury.
