Bicyclist injured after being hit by car in Towamencin Saturday night

A bicycle rider was transported to Lansdale Hospital Saturday night after being hit by a car in Towamencin, according to Montgomery County emergency radio dispatch.

According to reports, the rider was an injured male who was transported via VMSC Emergency Medical Service with non-life-threatening injuries.

Reports said a driver made a right turn at the intersection of Forty Foot and Tomlinson roads at 7:28 p.m., striking the rider.
