The Discover Lansdale event was held on Madison and Main streets in Lansdale.

A Philadelphia Eagles win in Brazil capped off a special Philly sports-themed First Friday in Lansdale Borough.

Fans of the game were able to catch it outside on the big screen. Others found entertainment with amusements, refreshments, balloons, face painting, a dual slide, moon bounce, music from DJ Evans Entertainment, and Juicy with Brianna Taylor on the main stage.

The Photo Scavenger Hunt returned, sponsored by Lashes by Lindsey, and featured food vendors included Fiesta Churros, Sweet Thangs, Beach Beans Coffee Co., Moshava, Meat Wagon BBQ, Tot Rod, Rocco's, Clean Plate Club, and Scratch Kitchen.

The beer garden was stocked with libations from Well Crafted, Ten7, Local Tap / Favorite Child, Simple Days Beer, von C Brewing, Boardroom Spirits, Round Guys Brewing Company and Stove & Tap.

Lansdale residents and local authors Mark Bryson and his son, Ryan, ("The Gnatural") hosted a special National Read A Book Day event on the stage at Railroad Plaza.
