Home At Last Dog Rescue is excited to introduce Amarilla, a 1-½-year-old German Shepherd, as the featured rescue of the week.

Amarilla was originally a mill dog who was adopted at 6 months. She was then returned after the owner became unable to care for her. She has since been with her foster in Fort Washington, through Home At Last Dog Rescue.

Amarilla is a sweet girl who loves nothing more than to hang out and play fetch. She is currently house-and-crate trained. She loves to run around the yard chasing squirrels or flying insects. Amarilla can be dog selective and a bit pushy with cats. A good home for her would ideally include a fenced in yard or someone who can keep her fairly active.

If you are interested in adopting Amarilla or would like more information, you can reach out to Home At Last Dog Rescue at [email protected] or visit the website at www.homeatlastdogrescue.com.
