A Telford man who owns Leonardo’s Pizza in Chalfont Borough turned himself in to police last week on charges of felony unlawful use of a communication device and misdemeanor indecent assault after being accused of grabbing a victim’s buttocks, kissing them, and using their phone to send himself nude pictures of the victim.

Nery Leonardo Vasquez-Pascual, 39, is free on 10% of $20,000 cash bail, per court records. He is also charged with two misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy and four misdemeanor harassment charges.

Vasquez-Pascual, authorities allege, indecently assaulted the victim on Aug. 17 when upon their return to work to retrieve their cell phone that was left behind.

When the victim re-entered Leonardo’s Pizza, Vasquez-Pascual handed the phone to the victim and then allegedly turned the victim toward him, grabbed their buttocks, and began aggressively kissing the victim.

The victim, police said, was able to escape Vasquez-Pascual, but he followed the victim to their car.

Vasquez-Pascual allegedly knocked on the victim’s window and the victim drove away.

Police said it was later determined that Vasquez-Pascual, while in possession of the victim’s phone, texted himself naked pictures of the victim and their partner to his own phone.

A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 19 at 1 p.m. before Magisterial District Judge Regina Armitage.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
