Crash involving sedan striking electric utility pole, fire hydrant under investigation

Lansdale Police said Monday afternoon the accident involving a white Ford sedan on Main Street remains under investigation.

Police confirmed the driver – and 18-year-old female – complained of minor pain and was taken to Grand View via VMSC EMS.

Police were dispatched to the single-vehicle accident at 9:58 a.m. and the scene was cleared by 11:30 a.m., police said. West Main Street was shut down for 40 minutes while the scene was processed.

Lansdale Police were assisted by Lansdale Electric and North Penn Water Authority crews.
