The Lansdale man wanted for an attempted murder incident in Hatfield Township has been captured at an apartment on East Main Street in the borough Friday.

Joshua Ronan, 30, of Lansdale, was taken into custody without incident after police found him at an apartment on the 700 block of East Main Street.

Ronan is accused of assaulting Mark Christopher Miller on Nov. 5, 2024, in Hatfield on Cabin Run Road.

Hatfield Police received a call around 11 p.m. and responded to a residence to find Miller unresponsive in the driveway with blunt force trauma to his head, authorities allege.

Before police arrived, Ronan was driven to his house by one of the residents. Detectives recovered a brick wrapped in a balaclava mask on the floor of the vehicle where Ronan had been sitting, police said. The brick matches the injuries sustained by the victim, authorities allege.

Ronan was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jodi Griffis who set bail at $500,000 cash. A preliminary hearing date is scheduled for Dec. 3 before Magisterial District Judge Andrea Duffy.
