Multiple fire agencies on scene of vehicle rescue involving pickup truck trapped under school bus

Multiple Bucks and Montgomery county fire agencies are at the scene Thursday night of a two-vehicle crash with rescue involving a black pickup truck with heavy entrapment underneath a school bus on County Line Road in Lower Moreland Township.

The accident occurred shortly before 5:30 p.m. near Buxmont Road.

Three rescue units from Bucks County -- Southampton, Lower Southampton, and Trevose fire companies -- were working to stabilize the bus on the west side, as of 5:37 p.m.

Bryn Athyn Fire Company Ambulance and Second Alarmers Rescue Squad out of Hatboro are on scene.

Multiple trucks from Bryn Athyn Fire Company and Huntingdon Valley Fire Company are assisting, along with Enterprise Fire Company of Hatboro and Rockledge Fire Co.

As of 6:25 p.m, the driver was still trapped in the vehicle, but was finally rescued and turned over to EMS at 6:45 p.m.

According to Montgomery County emergency radio dispatch, there are two students and one driver on the bus and all are uninjured.

County Line Road is closed in both directions. The accident is blocking Brookdale Avenue at County Line Road.
