The listing price is $7.5 million, or $144,221 per room, and, according to the listing, the inn is not closing, rather the current owners are looking for a buyer to take over the operations.

The inn sits on 12-plus acres and is comprised of five buildings at 40,000 square feet with a total of 52 rooms, per the listing.

Joseph Ambler Inn has a full restaurant with a liquor license and outdoor and indoor seating for 200-plus people. It has a banquet hall and “multiple streams of revenue.”

The Allman family had purchased it for $275,000 in 1983 before the transfer.
