One woman was hospitalized Sunday afternoon following a single-vehicle crash on Bell Run Boulevard in Montgomery Township.
First responders were dispatched to the scene at 5:12 p.m. on March 3 for a report of a vehicle crash with injuries. Arriving personnel found a white Honda CRV had struck a speed limit sign and utility pole on the side of the road.
The female driver of the vehicle was transported from the scene via ambulance with unknown injuries. A male passenger was uninjured.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
The southbound lane of Welsh Road was closed at Bell Run Boulevard as emergency responders worked the scene, with the scene being cleared at 5:50 p.m.
Montgomery Township Police were assisted at the scene by units from the Second Alarmers Rescue Squad.
