At least four people were injured and taken to area hospitals via four ambulances Saturday night following a two-vehicle crash at Allentown Road and Route 113/Harleysville Pike in Franconia Township.

The accident involved a silver Subaru sedan and a green Chevrolet pickup truck. Emergency personnel had to rescue occupants of the Subaru. The driver of the pickup was not injured.

Allentown Road remained open, but the crash caused Route 113 to be closed between Allentown and Meetinghouse roads.
