Two dogs found with harnesses, leashes at Natural Lands Trust Tuesday afternoon, police searching for owner

Upper Gwynedd Township Police said officers are on foot and using drones to locate an owner.

Upper Gwynedd Township Police officers were searching the Natural Lands Trust on foot and via drone for the possible owner of two dogs who were found loose, but with harnesses and leashes attached to them.

Per a Facebook post Tuesday afternoon, police said the pair of pooches were found at the Trust entrance off Swedesford Road.
