A celebration was held at the Montgomeryville school Wednesday afternoon in honor of longtime principal Denise Judge.

Students and staff gathered in the parking lot of Mary, Mother of the Redeemer School Wednesday afternoon for a surprise retirement celebration for their beloved longtime principal, Denise Judge, after 43 years of service in Catholic education.

The farewell featured Philly's own Fralinger Mummers String Band, who played for Judge as she walked through the celebration.
