A Hatfield Township man has been accused by Lansdale Police of felony aggravated indecent assault without consent and felony aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 16 years of age and remains in Montgomery County jail on 10% of $10,000 cash bail, per court documents.

Tigh Davi Richardson, 26, of the 1600 block of Forest Hills Drive, has also been charged with misdemeanor counts of indecent assault without consent, indecent assault on a person less than 16 years old, and corruption of minors, according to records.

Police said the assaults on the minor occurred on April 3, 2023 at the Oakwood Garden Apartments, 431 E. Main St., Lansdale.

According to the affidavit, Lansdale Police received a report from a 15-year-old female on April 3, 2023, where a man familiar to her family, identified as Richardson, was sleeping over her house, in the same bedroom, on the top bunk of the bunk bed. The victim, police said, was on the bottom bunk.

During the night, police allege Richardson woke up the juvenile by massaging her feet, and then put his hand underneath her pajama pants and rubbed her legs all the way up to her buttocks.

Richardson, police said in the complaint, then digitally penetrated the victim and began to suck on her toes, all without her consent.

After the incident, police said Richardson and the victim texted one another, where she told him she was filing a police report.

Richarson, per the affidavit, asked her not to, stating, “I know I f----d up, please believe me.”

Once a family member of the victim accosted Richardson about the assault, police said he admitted to the family member what happened in the bedroom.

A preliminary hearing is set for June 5 at 2:30 p.m. before Magisterial District Judge Edward Levine. Richardson was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge James P. Gallagher on May 23.
